Αt the heart of the cosmopolitan village-port of Batsi, in the island of Andros, an 8,000 square meter area is on sale. This unique area can be characterized as appropriate, and for the establishment of a space receptions , weddings and christenings with parallel operation of the hotel unit and recreational areas, since it borders with the church of St. Philip.

The property can be reached by car via the asphalt-paved road network Gavrion (main port)-Batsi a distance of 7 km, and a private road into the property also gives access to the house. It can also be reached by foot via the communal road of Pisso Vrissi, traversing the interior of the village, and leading to the harbor and the beaches.

The island of Andros belongs to the Cyclades, it is the second in size of the island complex and is one of the richest in vegetation. It has lots of picturesque sites and beautiful beaches at all locations of the island.

Andros is connected to the port of Rafina situated in eastern Attica, with up to 8 daily ferry sailings during high season ( at a distance of approximately 35 miles). The trip lasts 2 hours by conventional boat and 1 hour by the high-speed one. One can also reach the island by cruiser or sail-boat, as there exists a modern marina at Batsi, as well as at Gavrion and Hora. There is ferry connection to the islands of Tinos and Mykonos, and other islands of the distance of Rafina to the centre of Athens is about 30 km and to the E. Venizelos international airport is about 10 km.
